over 500 persons were in attendance.
The recycling of used prescription eyeglasses is
An ongoing project of Angelhands of Northeast Ohio.
Our primary focus is to help eradicate health problems
The people of Gbawe suffer from lack of proper eyewear
And protective eyewear.
July 2001, 10,000 pairs of used prescription eyeglasses
Were shipped to Ghana. We received reports on an
Ongoing basis what groups and services are utilizing
The glasses and which groups are setting up free eyeglass
Screenings and fittings for the needed.
